I bring over twenty years in the field of change management helping organizations guide their teams through transformational change by advocating, coaching sponsors, training, and effectively communicating with stakeholders. My experience has led me to concentrate on my passion: helping individuals and teams develop personally and professionally.

Strengths Finder Coaching
My core coaching program is a series of sessions designed over several months to help you reach a desired outcome(s) by learning to understand, appreciate and apply your natural talents in your daily life and turn them into strengths. The Clifton Strengths Finder Assessment is the tool I use to provide a common language to navigate our journey. A typical program structure includes:

Strengths Finder Discovery Session
Using the Clifton Strengths Finder Assessment, we'll work together in a ninety-minute session to uncover the mystique of your natural talents, and how to use those talents as true strengths in the world and workplace. The Discovery Session includes the cost of the full Clifton-Strengths Assessment and Report, along with tools to help guide you to create an action plan. Discovery Sessions are typically virtual and conducted via Zoom. It is required that the assessment be completed 48 hours in advance of the session to provide both parties time to review and prepare for the session. Once the session is booked, you’ll receive an assessment link with instructions, as well as guidance for next steps once the assessment is complete.
